Man-shun has to save Cheuk-hin at all costs as he has flashbacks of moments he spent with Cheuk-hin. Patient Cheung Kwai-fong’s cancer cells have spread to deeper parts of the heart, and Tong Ming decides to amend the surgical approach. The lead singer abruptly falls ills and fails to turn up. Six doctors, including Man-shun and Tong Ming, stand in for the band. Meanwhile, a rare disease patient stands up and cries out loud.
