EMPEROR QIN gives KATE a distinguished title ‘LADY ELEGANT’ and appoints LUNG to a significant post. YUEN asks for retirement and EMPEROR QIN agrees. EMPEROR QIN’s second son PRINCE SING and Right Honourable YEUNG TSUEN are afraid that LUNG will grow bigger and bigger. LUI invites LUNG and JING to dinner, during which they meet CHUN again, who calls himself LAO. CHUN has even become one of LUI’s guests now.
