Video uploaded from Tim's chest-mounted camera of the events in Entry #64. After being attacked by The Operator it is revealed that Tim suffered a sequence of traumatic events, several of which involve Tim being underwater. He also came across the corpse of the man Alex killed in Entry #49. After eventually waking up in the parking lot, Tim got in his car and drove to the abandoned hospital, where he suffered more ill effects and eventually passed out. The entry ends with Tim meeting Jay and informing him that they need to return to the hospital at the earliest possible opportunity.
