HEI is jealous and worried seeing them together. YUNG pretends to comfort her and wins her trust. CHI explains his relationship with KEI to HEI and relieves her. FONG finds HING discussing the company business with FAI and FUNG in the hospital. She threatens not to be her doctor anymore and HING agrees to drop her work. CHEONG forces FAI to sign some document, but fails. He insults FAI instead. KEI has no proper occupation. CHI suggests her to work in the company to HING.
