YAU TAT passes the examinations but WAI-WAN reacts coldly for she is worrying about LEI-AH. YAU TAT tries to attract LEI-AH to practice cycling by offering her two thousand dollars. He brings her to the cycling venue and introduces her to YEUNG KWONG. HOI-LUNG decides to open a restaurant in China but he doesn't have enough money.
