In order to please Luk, Niu Jou-tang offers to help him save Kung Sun Lan and Tsing-tsing but Liu has already known about it and gets well-prepared. Luk knows that the situation is unfavorable and ~romises Liu to fight with him three days later at Po Sea.

On the day of the fight, Jade and Hua set off to save Tsing but meet ambush and the two parties has a fight. On the other hand, Luk is having a deadly fight with Liu.
