YIN goes to question HEI about the dispute. She reveals that MAN is suspicious of her relationship with FAI and blames her for shielding HEI all along. Accompanied by YEE and SUN, YAU goes to the bridal store and tries on wedding gowns, during which SUN suddenly gets down on his knees and presents YAU with a ring to make a formal proposal of marriage. On SUN and YAU’s wedding day, YIN has accidentally smashed a cup, which irks LAN and MAN no end. KWAN who tries to intercede for YIN has also offended MAN. KWAN goes to confide in YIN, who in turn gives her a few words of consolation and reveals what she knows about MAN’s personality. A friend of FONG’s, who is also a member of the Hong Kong Women’s Club, reveals that LIK-HANG has been killed in a car crash. MAN asks KEI and YEE-SHING to attend LIK-HANG’s funeral on behalf of the CHUNGs……
