Queen Victoria orders Rose to end Jhansi's revolution either politically or militarily. Rose informs Queen Victoria about the tense pro-Laxmi Bai political situation in Jhansi and neighbouring areas. A disguised Rose hears Laxmi Bai's mutinous speeches addressing the natives and avoids capture by Karma. Laxmi Bai realises that Rose's mission has started in Jhansi.
